NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1) GAME TIMING: The JetBlue January 2025 Spin to Win Game (the “Game”) takes place outside the Gillette Stadium for the four hours prior to the New England Patriots Week 18 home football game in Boston, MA based on the schedule posted here: https://www.patriots.com/schedule/ (the “Event”) (the “Game Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Game. The Game Period is subject to change, based on any changes to the actual Event and its timing.

2) ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older who are in attendance at the Event during the Game Period. Employees of JetBlue Airways Corporation (the “Sponsor”), High Contrast (the “Administrator”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., NPS LLC and New England Patriots LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Game is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

3) HOW TO PARTICIPATE/WIN A PRIZE: During the Game Period, participants must attend the Event, see a JetBlue or High Contrast on-site representative (“Representative”) and using the Sponsor-provided device, complete and submit an online registration form to confirm eligibility (the “Participant”), and then Spin the Wheel (“Game Play”) for a chance to win a prize. There is a limit of one (1) Game Play per person. Representative will randomly award one of the prizes associated with the tier number that the wheel spoke lands on during the Game Play, in their sole discretion. Limit one (1) Game Play per Participant during the Game Period. Each eligible Participant will win one prize as a result of the Game Play, and the available prizes are set forth below. As prizes are won and awarded, those quantities will be deducted from the total prize pool and as tier prize levels are awarded, the number associated with that tier will be removed from the wheel, until all prizes are awarded.  All prizes will be awarded, unless there is an insufficient number of Game Plays. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value on the wheel and offer additional wheel prizes, in their sole discretion.  Any Game Play disputes will be resolved by the Representative at the Event, whose decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. The Representative’s decisions shall be made strictly in accordance with these Official Rules and any other rules and procedures put in place for the Game. Additional details regarding Game mechanics and other rules, procedures and conditions for participation in Game may be provided to the Participants prior to spinning the wheel. Participation is on a first come, first served basis for the Event during the Game Period only. By participating, Participants agree to these Official Rules and must complete the online registration form to prove eligibility to Sponsor and the Released Parties and to be included in the winners list requirement for all winners of prizes valued at $25 or more.  All prize winning Game Plays are subject to verification. Potential prize winners must remain on-site at the Event until their Game Play is complete, in order to receive their prize (or prize details) in person. All prizes/prize details will be awarded on-site at the Event after eligibility verification. All winners are subject to verification.

4) WINNER VERIFICATION/NOTIFICATION: Prize winners may be required to complete and sign a Prize Waiver/Publicity Release at the completion of their Game Play/receipt of prize or prize may be forfeited. Tier 1 winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to complete and sign a Declaration of Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) and Assignment of Rights (“Declaration”) and return Declaration to the Representative as directed, at the completion of their Game Play/receipt of prize or prize may be forfeited. Noncompliance with these requirements or the specified time period will result in disqualification without further notice. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified, and that prize may be forfeited.

5) PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): There will be a maximum of eight hundred and thirty (830) prizes available to be awarded for the Event. Total value of all prizes available to be awarded for the Events is $18,468.00.

Participants who play the Game will win the prize within tier 1, tier 2 or tier 3 associated with their Game Play. All Participants successfully completing their Game Play will win a prize, while supplies last. Merchandise prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Tier 1 prizes are subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the flight, hotel and/or food vouchers as appropriate and vouchers/certificates/game tickets must be redeemed by the date specified on that voucher/certificate/ticket. Game tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions specified thereon. In the event a winner or guest engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel early, eject them from the trip/game and send the winner and guest home with no obligations or compensation to winner. Winners (and guests, as applicable) must have appropriate travel documents (i.e., government issued photo ID) in order to travel. Each tier 1 winner and any guest must meet any required COVID protocols or other rules in place at time of travel redemption in order to be allowed to travel/attend the game. Any guest accompanying winner must be 18 years of age or older unless it is winner’s child/charge. Resale of any game tickets is prohibited. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes for the Game. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Resale of prizes is prohibited. Winners of prizes with an ARV of $600 or more will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize. 

JetBlue Travel Certificate (“Travel Certificate”) Terms & Conditions: This certificate is subject to availability and itinerary should selected before calling to redeem. Once confirmed, there will be a $200.00 per person fee for any changes. Winner’s package may not be changed or cancelled less than 14 days prior to departure. Each Travel Certificate is good for one-time use. Travel must be booked at least 30 days prior to requested departure date, and all travel must be completed before the specified expiration date as included with Travel Certificate. Redeemed travel is subject to flight availability, blackout dates, and capacity controls and may not be available on all dates or with all flights. Seats may not be available on all JetBlue flights. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Certificate is not valid for flights on partner airlines or code share or interline flights or for use in connection with JetBlue air-only travel, cruises or any other products or services. Travel Certificate at no time may be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from JetBlue. Travel Certificate may not be partially redeemed, is not redeemable for cash, and has no cash value. Government taxes and fees apply to travel booked using a Travel Certificate, are the responsibility of the passenger, and will vary based on departure and destination cities. Taxes and fees may include, without limitation, Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9 each way; September 11 Security Fees of up to $5.60 each way: Federal Segment Taxes of $4.80 per domestic segment; U.S. Arrival/Departure Tax of $21.10 each way for Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands travel; U.S. government excise tax of $10.60 per departure for Alaska and Hawaii travel; government fees and taxes up to $325.86 each way for international travel; and a Value Added Tax of up to $39.80 each way for Barbados, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica, Peru and Trinidad travel. Government taxes/fees are subject to change as required by law. Winner also is solely responsible for fees for oversized, overweight or extra baggage and fees for products/ services sold separately or not expressly included as part of the package (e.g., car rental costs and related taxes and fees, food, beverages, travel insurance, in-flight movies, hotel parking, hotel/resort fees, etc.). Winner must pay all applicable taxes and fees using a major credit card at the time of booking. Travel Certificate may be redeemed only by calling the number provided on the Travel Certificate. The authorization number(s) and PIN(s) at the top of the Travel Certificate must be visible and readable. Travel Certificate may not be redeemed at airport ticket counters or online. The authorization and PIN numbers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen (except as required by law), and JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Travel Certificates, authorization numbers or pin numbers. JetBlue change/cancel policies (including certain change/cancel fees) apply. If winner is a no-show for their flight, they will forfeit the Travel Certificate and all money associated with the reservation. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points. Air travel on JetBlue is governed by JetBlue's Contract of Carriage.

6) PUBLICITY GRANT: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and the Released Parties to use winners’ names and likenesses, for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. 

7) GENERAL RULES/VERIFICATION: By participating in the Game, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, Administrator, and Representative, which are final and binding in all respects. Released Parties are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Game, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Game, the operation of the Event/wheel, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation of the Event, or in any Game-related materials. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Game Play process; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Game at the Event during the Game Period if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering of the wheel, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect Game Plays received prior to cancellation, if any. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Participants agree that the Released Parties (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game or any Game-related activity, or from Participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto), and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to prizes, including, without limitation, to such prizes’ quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Game materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes (as that is the responsibility of Administrator). As a condition of participating in the Game, Participants agree that: 1) Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Game or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, attorneys’ fees. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

8) GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

9) CHOICE OF LAW: THIS GAME IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. PARTICIPANTS AGREE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO CLASS ACTION.

10) PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information that Participant provides in connection with the Game will be collected by Sponsor or Administrator and used by it and its agents solely for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Game as described in these Official Rules and will not be shared with any third party as stated in Sponsor's Privacy Policy, posted at https://www.jetblue.com/legal/privacy. By participating in this Game, Participants agree to and accept that privacy policy. 

11) WINNERS LIST: To receive a winners list (of prizes valued at or over $25), send an email to: winners@dja.com with The JetBlue January 2025 Spin to Win Game # 01-2939-03 as the subject line. Requests must be received by January 15, 2025. The winners list will be sent after January 31, 2025.
